Gdm login screen (slightly OT)

Hello, Since I have installed Helix-Gnome and Nautilus, I thought I would change to the Gdm login screen instead of Kdm. Did this in yast and rebooted to the Gdm login. However, my keyboard does not seem to work when I am at the login screen. Mouse works, but all I can do is reboot or halt the system. Not a real problem, as I can change back to Kdm by booting to init 1 and calling yast, but curious if anyone else has had this situation. Helix install was no problem, but I did --force --nodeps --replacepkgs to get Nautilus installed as it is meant for RH6.2 (for whatever reason). Appears to work fine, but maybe....? Thanks, Tom
