Hi Rachel,
I installed the libc6 version without a glitch.
There is a "how-to" on the web-site, and it tells you that you need to download a small C library first, but then follow the glibc installation from CD002 - from within YaST. This worked fine for me, but you could also install it as per the CD booklet instructions for Red-Hat.

Yeah, I didn't buy SuSE Linux Office Suite 99, just Applix's own box which has one disk. However, that stdc++ rpm is exactly what I was looking for and is probably what I need. I'll find out tonight when I try it. :-) -- Rachel Greenham Epinet Communications plc - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/"><A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A">http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A</A>> and the archive at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html"><A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A">http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A</A>>
