High end web stats package recommendations?

I have a client who wants sophisticated web site tracking and analysis. He was previously on a Windows server, and is used to the slick packaging of WebTrends and DeepMetrix. Are there any packages like that (GPL or commercial) for Linux? I am aware of Webalyzer, Analog and awstats. He wants something that automatically produces an Excel spreadsheet with graphs.
