KDE splash screen hang fix

Victor was right on about fixing the long splash screen hang and long logout. I moved my .kde2 dir to something else and then logged in to kde and let kde setup a new one. I lost some settings but it seems to load up much quicker. (Kde also set up the menus better) Nice fix, thanks, CrazyDiamond "I no longer have that problem.
