I cannot locate ISO 8859-9 fonts in tar.gz format. I don't want to use the rpm format which Internet is full of them.
I don't think I understand the logic behind your request. Firstly, RPMs are a LOT easier to manage if you need to upgrade (rpm -Uvh package.rpm) or remove (rpm -e package.rpm). This is why tar.gz files have largely been replaced. If you need a tarball use `alien -t packagename-0.1.1-1.rpm' to convert it. Why do you need a tarball? BTW: if you don't have alien, `rpm -ivh /sourcedir/suse/ap/alien.rpm' ;) -- -=|JP|=- Jon Pennington | Atipa Linux Solutions -o) jpennington@atipa.com | http://www.atipa.com /\\ Kansas City, MO, USA | 816-241-2641 _\_V -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
