Be careful of "SATA II". I'm not really sure what it is, but it does not always mean 300 MB/sec. For that, "SATA 300" can be relied on AFAIK. If you have an unused internal SATA connector you can get a eSATA adaptor cable. I bought one from Micro Center recently. ($5.99) http://www.microcenter.com/byos/byos_single_product_results.phtml?product_id... They also have a 2 connector version if you need 2 eSata connectors.
