[opensuse] bugzilla change email-addres

I have a novel bugzilla accoount from years ago. It has an old email adress. The bugzilla helpfile told me that I can change my email addres in, chapter 5.10.4. Name and Password But I have only the following tabs: General Preferences Email Preferences Saved searches Permissions No tab "Name and Password".
