Hello, I was printing happy as a lark. All of a sudden, Star Office 5.1 won't print. Netscape gave me this error. Jan 5 12:46:29 george lpr lp:couldn't write to /var/spool/lpd/cdj670-a4-auto-color-600/.seq.george.hello:No space left on device
lp at the command prompt gives me the same thing Jan 5 13:51:42 george lpr lp: couldn't write to /var/spool/lpd/cdj670-a4-auto-color-600/.seq.george.hello: No space left on device
What does it mean?
Well, the first thing I'd do after getting that error is:
df /var/spool/lpd
to see if there really is no space on the device. Maybe it got filled up with temporary files. It's happened to me.
