I suspect you will have better luck asking on opensuse-buildservice@opensuse.org. That is where discussions about that part of the infrastructure take place. You may be able to post to that without subscribing. Some of the more technical opensuse mailing lists allow that and I don't know if opensuse-buildservice@opensuse.org is one or not.
