[opensuse] kde3 logout dialog "shutdown" option is not shown

I have opensuse 10.3. After upgrading from 10.2 the "shutdown" and "reboot" options have disappeared from kde3 logout dialog (there is only "logout"), thought I had them in 10.2. I also have this options in gnome and also in kde4 logout dialogs. Is it possible to bring it back to kde3?
