When I choose /dev/ttyS2 mouse setting and start Xwindow system, my mouse does not function at all, and keyboard also does not function.
A standard ps/2 mouse is /dev/psaux. It may be /dev/pointer0 or /dev/mouse, if they are symbolic links to /dev/psaux. Have you tried the new sax2, located at ftp2.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/X/Xfree86/XFree86-4.0.2-SuSE/suse70/sax2/sax2-4.1-105.i386.rpm? Also, have you tried xf86config4 and worked through the graphics card and mouse sections there?
