Startup Perl Script for user?

I am just wondering where I would place a startup script that I would like to run each time a particular user logs in, I would also like to know if it is possible to run that script as a privledged user such as a user with sudo access? -- Jason Gerfen jason.gerfen@scl.utah.edu "And remember...
