What I'd really prefer is just to right-click the file using the keyboard, and go from there.
I do this with the "Menu" button, on my keyboard it's the button next to the right Ctrl button (on this Logitech keyboard it has a pic of a dropdown menu with mouse pointer on it)
Unless I'm missing something really obvious (or something really complicated), it seems as if there is no way to achieve this?
KDE Control Center > Regional & Accessibility > Keyboard Shortcuts > Application Shortcuts (tab) > scroll to Navigation & look for "Popup Menu Context" Under Shortcut on mine it has "Menu" but you can change it to use any key or combination by selecting "custom" and choosing your own.
