1) Try WINE. http://www.winehq.org/
2) Use Windows.
If you have a fast enough computer then you might consider running Windows as a virtual machine inside Linux for things like YM.

I have already tried with wine but I was not able to connect to my Yahoo account. I have to dig to understand why. The second solution is too memory and hard disk consuming to consider.
