This is kde 4.3.5, because that's what the DVD installed. I have not had the time to venture into far-reaching upgrades, because I am spending an enormous amount of time on simply trying to get things to be usable.
You should update to whatever the update repo has - which is 4.3.5, I believe. Using other repos is for the adventurous.
You can verify what you have by using:
rpm -qa | grep -i kde
I have:
cer@Elessar:~> rpm -qf /usr/bin/kde4 kdebase4-runtime-4.3.5-0.1.2.x86_64
That's what I have too, so I'm apparently up to date. And you are suggesting NOT going to v4.4. I admit that the Factory repo scares me a bit. Presumably it would not be very long before v4.4 graduates to the default repos. -- Stan Goodman Qiryat Tiv'on Israel -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
