Yes, thanks for reporting, just found the error. Had a typo in a recent package which causes the repository metadata to be broken. I just fixed it, will be uploaded to the repository on the server in a few hours. It is by no means related to smart.

It seems you are trying to install x86_64 RPMs on a i586 system. That is not possible, not even with --force (luckily).
