Would someone please offer me knowledge about wifi cards or USB devices that are KNOWN to work under 11.3. The D-Link DWA-130 is supposed to work according to multiple sites, but they offer conflicting setups. If someone has actual successful experience, I would like to hear about it.
TIA,
Jim When I was still on 11.1, I bought a USB dongle ZyXEL G-220 v2, and worked from the get go.
Yast found it as soon as I plugged it in, loaded the driver and I was off and running in no time. Before that, I bought a "high priced" D-Link USB one from Radio Shack and was - supposed - to work with Linux - BUT - could NEVER get it to work. So my gut feeling is that - all - name branded stuff is NOT always better.
