I have fairly efficient spam filtering - needed with an email address like mine. I presort spam into different categories but always scan it manually. On previous suse releases if I select and then delete a block of mails using shift delete they would be deleted. Now only the ones I have read are deleted. The unread ones are moved to trash. Not so good for me because some mail goes there automatically. I scan that too.
How can I get the normal kmail shift delete back?
John
That still works for me in Kmail.
I always un-set the option to warn before moving to trash, maybe there is an option there?
Also, I read or scan the entire folder, then just right click the folder and move all messages to trash. much easier.

Nope. No option. It looks like it simpley wont delete unread mail. I could add more folders but it won't help with the problem. Why should I bother scanning each one. The titles gives them away. KDE list think that the delete should still work. Not their problem. If I'm away for a week I can get upwards of 300+. Zero in the inbox though and none in kde/suse either. John Should have mentioned it's 10.3 86 64. I wonder if there is a script about some where. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
