[opensuse] Names of standard folders in own home directory are in other language

      Hello everyone,

The installation of Opensuse 15.0 was done in a diferent language than
mine. After installation I changed the packages to my language.
Everything went ok, except my home directory which remains in the
installation language.

How can I change it?

Plasma KDE 5.12.6
