[opensuse] can't type ñ and í anymore

Fresh install of 15.1 with kde. Swiss German keyboard layout. Usually I could type <alt-gr>+~ and then <n> and got an ñ. Or <alt-gr>+´ and then i and got an í. Now I get ~n and ´i. In kde system setting I tried to add the "compose key" but that didn't help.
