I use Zap-2-It to find TV programming in my area (11778) on Cablevision of Hauppauge. Up to now, when I installed the app, I put in my zip code and my cable supplier, it always came up with a channel list in numerical order, and so on for my cable provider. Now when I start the app, it comes up with ABC, CBS, NBC, no channel numbers, etc. I can reset it by selecting "Change provider or time zone" and then inserting my zip code, and then selecting my cable provider from a list of four. It does not keep this setting--every time I start it, I have to go back to the setup routine. Does anybody know how to get back to the old permanent settings and keeping them?
