Why Roxen is not starting on bootup?

Hello SuSE folkz, Does somebody have a problem starting Roxen on boot up? I enabled it in /etc/rc.conf to start Roxen automatically: START_ROXEN="yes" However, it is not working. Every time to start roxen I have manually execute: '/bin/sh /usr/lib/roxen/server/start --with-threads' Could somebody tell me please how to fix this problem?
