I'm running 2.0.0.8 Firefox currently.
Yesterday's updater tells me that 2.0.0.10 is now available. However when I attempt to install it, it says Can't satisfy requirement MozillaFirefox == 2.0.0.9-1.1 for MozillaFirefox-debuginfo-2.0.0.9-1.1.i586.
I'm given the option to delete MozillaFirefox-debuginfo Ignore this requirement here Generally ignore this requirement
I never got a 2.0.0.9 update, and I think someone mentioned here the other day that we were skipping that version and going straight to 2.0.0.10. Any insight?
You somehow installed Firefox 2.0.0.9, which we did not officialy provide.
I think you can safely remove the MozillaFirefox-debuginfo-2.0.0.9-1.1 package and proceed to update to 2.0.0.10.
Ciao, Marcus Hmm... I assumed I was 0.8, but you're right. My fuzzy grey matter is having trouble remember when/if I did an 0.9 upgrade, but apparently I did! :-) Goes to show you why documenting your systems is important!
Anyway Marcus, that did the trick and all is happy now. Thanks! -- ---Bryen--- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
