Maybe time to change? He managed to persuade us! nginx works great with php-fpm. And it works on 13.2. As you've seen, apache doesn't. HTH L x
The suggestion there isn't nginx over apache, it's php_fpm vs mod_php or php cgi. I don't care for nginx... I use it in my work and I'm not convinced of any superiority or additional flexibility.
