I wonder if there is a problem with nearly-full BtrFS or with BtrFS that were once converted from ext3?
I did a test some time ago (1..2 yrs), in which I filled a btrfs with small files till it exploded. Literally, crashed and had to be reformatted. There is a bugzilla on it. Other filesystem types simply stopped accepting new files, but did not corrupt. And reiserfs kept accepting files and files and files... no limit. At top speed, too. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E.
