It seems to me that mdadm service is not running.
There is no such thing as "mdadm service".
OK, I understand. What triggers then recognition and assembly of the arrays at boot? Wols
This is done by udev rules. First every new block device is scanned for known signatures; if it is found to be part of Linux MD array, "mdadm --assemble --incremental" is run. There is extra timer that is started that forces assembly if all components did not appear. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
