Config file for internet provider

Hi, I need to set up a laptop for occasional inet access, sadly under NT. I know there is a list of german call-by-call providers (yast2), but I did not manage to find these. Any pointers? Currently, I'd also need a call by call provider for austria. Yast didn't tell any. Can so. from the list point me to some??
