CRM? Have you looked? I'm sure there are versions out there. No idea there even existed piano tuning software.
I've looked and found ones, however, I need ability to store customer history, driving directions, etc and for the accounting part, I need sub-accounts.
Yeah, that's a tough area. You almost need a custom program to get *exactly* what you want. In fact, I'm writing one for my father-in-law right now. He works in publishing so it needs to run on a Mac yet I'm writing in Linux. I've chosen java, since mono has little-to-no support for those who've taken in the kool-aid. Here it is on his Mac... http://www.perfectreign.com/stuff/2008/20080128_GERRY_Mac1.png ...and today on on my laptop... http://www.perfectreign.com/stuff/2008/20080525_gerry_add_contact.jpg Not as many features, but tailored to exactly how he wants/needs it. (He is only 73, after all, and I'm trying to get him to stop using index cards...) -- kai www.filesite.org || www.4thedadz.com || www.perfectreign.com remember - a turn signal is a statement, not a request -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
