Sorry for mistake.
Indeed, leap 15.5 and leap 15.6 do not have the
xorg-x11-server-wrapper package, which contains the key Xorg.wrap binary.
It seems that leap uses the xrdp packages.
How about these?
$ man xrdp.ini
and
$ man sesman.ini
