OK, so it will be for 10.1 I wil,l start adding extra stuff there, like checkinstall, wich I really like to use, gqview and glables as well.
In my opinion there is not much point in adding software that is already included.

I already faced this problem (with sitecopy). The term "included" is _not_ well defined. for me and most users, included mean "included in the 5 cd's". One of the most important thing to do in opensuse (say, we can way the final release is out :-) is a list of _all_ the packages _tested_: * included in the cd's * included in the dvd's * included in the boxed version * included in the ftp only * rejected for an incompatibility with the actual distro * rejected for known probably fixable bug * testing : available only for beta testing, not supported * not yet tested, advices welcome * already noted on the wislist and all the abnormal situation should have a comment. We must also have a perfectly clear choosing process. Who is going to say yes or no? I don't mind what system will be choosen, but I want to know if I must support opensuse :-). I know, for sure, that opensuse is only few weeks old :-), and the major goal is to have a stable 10.0 on 4 weeks. jdd -- pour m'écrire, aller sur: http://www.dodin.net http://valerie.dodin.net http://arvamip.free.fr
