This is normal for manufacturers' support sites. Everything tends to be put together in 1 place. If there are separate sections, it is for docs + updates, or maybe docs, diags & updates. :-(
After I applied it the "Windows way" I can understand why: from the user perspective it is done the same way as any other driver: just download it, run it, then press OK when asked, that's all.
