[opensuse] How to customize gtk application's window style in oS 12.2?

Hello: I have openSUSE 12.2 with KDE3 desktop. I would like to customize the look of gtk applications: color, font, background, etc. Earlier I used gnome-control-center for that (where I could also choose themes) but now I can't see any options for managing styles.
