The most probable reason is that your mail server is listet on several black lists and spamassassin scores you high enough to tag all messages als spam. Check if the IP of your server is blacklisted.

This was discussed a couple of weeks ago on this list when I asked the same thing. The answer was that the content/format of the message appeared suspiciouly like spam. Rather than delete it the SuSE server passes it on and marks the header for your info, Bob S.
