Hi,
Hello :-)
I just bought a new intel-I7-mini pc (brand of a Spanish shop pccomoponentes, which doesn't exist in internet, so I don't know about the psysical details).
You could post the link ;-)
I don't think it says a lot, itz doesn't say what motherboard etc....
This is the mini: https://www.pccomponentes.com/alurin-unit-intel-core-i7-10510u
Oh, it is a new in-house white brand.
I added this ssd: https://www.pccomponentes.com/wd-blue-sn570-ssd-1tb-m2-nvme and this memory: https://www.pccomponentes.com/kingston-fury-impact-so-dimm-ddr4-3200mhz-pc4-...
Right, doesn't say much. There are no comments yet. It doesn't mention any operating system, which is good.
...
The beep is here: https://www.daniel-bauer.com/div/bib.mp4 (begins a 8 seconds, low sound from phone recording, but clear; pushig the power button 8 seconds nothing happens, then come(s) the beep(s), after a second another short beep and then it boots).
I can barely hear anything.
Yes, it's very low, you have to turn the speakers higher :-)
And yes, some computers beep once shortly after testing and then boot. But this then is one short beep, like the last one that occurs a second after the strange longer beep(s) in second 8... I think this beep(s) in second 8 are "error-beeps", but not sure, of course...
I don't know. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 15.4 x86_64 at Telcontar)
