All,
openSUSE 11.4 shipped with Firefox4 Beta 12.
Firefox4 final was released a couple days ago, and for openSUSE 11.4 it is now available in the standard security update repository.
You just need to get your standard security updates to get it.
Thanks for this. I just updated, but Firefox still says Beta 12 in the title bar :(
YaST thinks I've got the final version.
Did you exit all instances of Firefox and re-run it?
I exited Firefox before doing the update, but I didn't logout/login or reboot. I guess something got left behind. I'll try logging out in a moment.
(The brute force way would be log out all X sessions and log back in. Or even to reboot.)
fyi: "zypper ps" will show you which executables you've upgraded on disk, but are still running old versions in ram.

My bad. There was a rogue instance running in another Activity. All's well now.
