Have those installed with 'apt install <all the pkgs mentioned above>' (use cut and paste or any other neath trick). This is in total 67MB of data to be downloaded. After that you can continue to fine tune your gnome desktop.
That does not seem to be possible or at least not easy due to conflicts, have gnome-applets removed from the list I provided. That seems to do it.
Funny thing though:
The package Geramik and scrollkeeper provided by via this gnome update are older than the once provided by suse on CD/DVD. I hope that they have the same dependencies....
