hda lost interrupt??

Hi: I got this message from syslogd: Feb 4 17:47:26 gato kernel: hda: lost interrupt It always happens after I authenticate with gdm.. I am starting to believe that something is interfering with my harddrive.. After authenticating with gdm I am suppose to get KDE, but sometimes it hangs and sometimes it doesnt... Still trying trial & error to see what it is .. Any ideas?? Thanks, Raul
