I didn't look though Audacity, but did look though the kwrite strace. It looks like it had finished loading Qt5 plugins, tries to load a few oxygen icons 16x16 and then goes into it's kcrash (user-feedback now) and opens os-release at about line 26913, and it compiling the user-feedback info when SIGINT is received at 27110. I'm no expert in reading the strace, but it looks like whatever tanked kwrite occurs around line 26900 (+/- couple of hundred lines) Interesting to see what the experts say. -- David C.
