Any one else having a problem connecting to secure sites since downloaded the latest updates to KDE 3.5.4? (kdebase3 v 3.5.4-19.1)

for example clicking the 'open bugs for 10.0' link on http://en.opensuse.org/Submitting_Bug_Reports results in a 'Could not connect to host bugzilla.novell.com' error.

Yep. I can't connect to bugzilla.novell.com from the latest version of Konqueror.

What is the SSL icon reporting?
