apache and dns

dear all, i have setup dns server and apache (suse 8.2). dns is working fine. i create an index.html file for my apache. and it's working fine too for local computer. when accessed from outside (by typing www.domainname.com), it wouldn't open my index.html file, but it always open index.html.en (default index file). if i trying open by typing computername.domainname.com, it can open my index.html file. i check the dns, and everything is working fine. what caused m problem and how to solved this ? rgds, suse82
