iso download drops dead at 98%

I have at times a very slow connection these days, so a TW iso download ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/tumbleweed/iso/openSUSE-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-Snapshot20231107-Media.iso I started yesterday evening with filezilla got as far as 98% by this morning. Then it just stopped, as if the file had been removed while still being asked for. How does this work? What's going on?
