I've just made some minor change to an apache config, on the reload I got this:
Failed at step NAMESPACE spawning /usr/sbin/start_apache2: Operation not permitted.
I don't recall ever seeing that before??
Maybe:
https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/users/2013-January/428794.html
see several on google searching: apache failed at namespace spawning
Yeah, I googled it too first, but most of the hits are a couple of years old or more. Why should this all of a sudden become an issue on openSUSE 13.2?
