StarOffice 6 won't start

Hi, I have StarOffice 6 on Suse 8, and it's worked for some time. I just tried to start it up and I got a flashing icon for a few seconds then nada. Restarted X and same thing. Checked /var/log/messages and /var/log/warn and nothing there related to that . Can anyone point me in the right direction to start solving this? Thanks, Nick
