I presume we are waiting for the release next week before the isos are published.
This is the reason you use test machines of VM for early installs and wait at least at least 30 days to begin moving production boxes... (and unless you "need" a feature offered in the new release kernel, you don't buy yourself anything by moving before EOL on the current, you can always get, e.g. current packages for the desktop, etc.. from buildservice repos if you want that) Of course if you are just updating for the fun and adventure of it (like when new boxed-sets used to be the thing...
