I recently updated some KDE programmes via rpms and now none of my users can dial out kppp gives an error of "sorry can't create lock file".
User root *can* dial out, so I think I've screwed up permissions somewhere.
Can anyone put me right? System is Suse 6.1
Any help greatly appreciated.
One more thing the /etc/ppp/options file should exsist but basically should be empty.
