I'm trying to install Mplayer using apt and the ftp://ftp.gwdg.de repository. I checked the necessary components in my source.list but apt still complains about a "Lzo" package. Has anyone installed Mplayer successfully? I'm using suse 9.0
It's on the cd/dvd. <snip> It would appear the the mplayer supplied on the disks is broken. The SuSE RPMs from Packman's site have been upgraded to SuSE99. Download and install the Mplayer and related packages mentioned a the site. LW999
