help install firefox

Ok, I have d/loaded firefox. I have unzipped it. I have tarred it. I now have a bunch of files - none of which twll me what to do next. There is no install, no make, no readme. The closet thing that might be of use is a file that is named: run-mozilla.sh - but I sure can not get it to do anything.
