Hi Folks,
This this the correct venue for Tumbleweed?
No, you should use opensuse-factory@opensuse.org.
I've got a desktop with Tumbleweed that I've been using for testing. But I noticed that it's not able to obtain a global v6 address. This is on a dual-stacked network with many other boxes, including Leap, that work fine with v6.
It seems that I can kickstart it by first:
systemctl disable wicked.service
Then:
dhclient -6 -v eno1
This gives me a nice global address and all is well until the next reboot.
Does anyone have a clue? is there a problem with wickedd-dhcp6?
Is this the right place to ask?
Regards, Lew
Did you read "man dhclient" and other mentioned documents there? Did you inspect the firewall log? -- fr.gr. member openSUSE Freek de Kruijf -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
