[S.u.S.E. Linux] tkrat rpm and making the 1.1 version

Anyone successfully compiled tkrat 1.1 out there from the tgz? I get a lot of undefined references in /usr/X11R6/lib/libtk8.0. The rpm version installs without a problem. Just call me curious. Also anyone applied the patch upgrade to tkrat instead?
