Is the mcs.anl.gov mirror coming back?

I was downloading 8.2 from ftp://mirror.mcs.anl.gov, but it's been nonresponsive the last couple of days. I tried switching mirrors, but the timestamps are different, and I don't want to screw things up. Is it experiencing technical difficulties, or did it just go away?
